While Upminster Windmill is being restored the Friends of Upminster Windmill will be opening the new visitor centre to the public. Come along and learn about the history of the site and the people who worked there. The team of volunteers will be here to talk with you about the ongoing restoration.

The Chase Players
Calling all youngsters to bring your grandparents along to an afternoon of 1940s’ jazz. The Dominic Ashworth jazz group will be playing catchy songs from the golden age of stage and screen. Concert, with a workshop before to make some percussion instruments. All welcome.
